GLife Games

Two games i played today were Darfur Is Dying and Stop Disasters. These games both showed how hard life is for some people and should make us all appreciate the things we have that are good. Darfur Is Dying is about a third world country and you have to try to save the people in the village from attacks and famine. Stop Disasters is a game were you have to save an area from disasters like fires, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, etc. They were both very educational games and at the same time they has qualities that kept me interested. Everyone should try these games.

Class Room Safety

In a class room, there are rules for keeping people and equipment safe. It is up to the students to follow these rules so everyone can function in a safe environment. These rules include no food or drinks near the computers. This insures the equipment is safe and students will not end up with a pretty big bill. Another rule is watch what you are doing at all times. There are many ways for someone to injure themselves or others around so many electrical components, due to horseplay. It is always important, also, to unplug power cables from the head and not the cord. Otherwise cables may short out, stop all together, or even tear; revealing wires with electricity running through them. This could cause minor, or serious shock. These are just a few simple rules, but we should all do our best to abide by them, and always use common sense.

Blog Introduction

With Globaloria i would like to expand my knowledge of games and computers, and create a game to the best of my ability. I would enjoy creating a game that is educational, but at the same time, actually fun. This is a very hard thing to do, and I've came across hardly any in my gaming experience. Technology has always been intriguing to me and I'm thrilled to see what the future holds for us in the field of electronics.
